The Sweetgrass Offices and Headquarters are designed to showcase the exposed timber structure and maximize natural light and views. The modern farmhouse is a complement to the surrounding prairie and is designed to create a wind friendly outdoor courtyard that can be utilized most of the year. Many sustainable features include passive solar window location and design, SIP (structural insulated panels), low U factor Windows and doors, low VOC paints and materials, natural materials throughout, and operable windows.
